Shining Star Volunteers, Bob and Tracy Priddy
Bob and Tracy Priddy have been active members of the Read To Succeed program for almost three years. Bob has served on the Adult Literacy Council representing the Rutherford County Department of Human Services and Tracy has served on the Adult Literacy Council as a community volunteer as well as an evaluator for the adult literacy program. Currently Tracy serves as an ESL teacher, in addition to volunteering in various administrative and committee capacities when called upon.
Bob is the Field Management Director of both the Rutherford and Williamson County Department of Human Services. He has been a DHS employee for over 20 years. His interests include music, fishing and UT football. He is originally from Milan,Tennessee.
Tracy is a full time stay at home mom and is very active in the daily lives of their children, Sara Beth (13) and William (8). She also enjoys working out regularly at the gym. She is a former Army brat, living in several different states and overseas in Germany as she grew up.
Both Bob and Tracy graduated from MTSU and have called Murfreesboro home for the past twenty five years. They are active members of First United Methodist Church and consider giving back to the community a very important part of their lives. Read To Succeed and the community are extremely fortunate to have a Bob and Tracy as two very committed and dedicated volunteers helping to make our community a better place. Shining Stars salutes to Bob and Tracy Priddy!
