Remote ESL Intake/Registration and Post-Assessments are provided by Read To Succeed to ensure continued instruction. By accessing and allowing yourself to participate in remote testing through Read To Succeed, you are acknowledging that you have reviewed and agree to the following terms and conditions: • You understand and agree that your image and voice will be transmitted over the internet and into Read To Succeed staff computers who are administering the test where Read To Succeed cannot guarantee or warrant complete confidentiality of your voice or image while participating in remote testing. • You understand and agree that you and any individual present within your household and/or outside of your household are prohibited from disseminating, recording, capturing and/or disclosing materials, information, and/or images made available to you through remote testing without prior written authorization from Read To Succeed. • You understand and agree that neither you or someone in and/or outside your household will grant or facilitate any third party’s access to remote testing provided by Read To Succeed. • You understand and agree that Read To Succeed may audio and video record remote testing it provides you, and this document constitutes both notice of audio and video recording and your agreement to it. • You understand and agree that you shall not turn your microphone and/or camera off once remote testing has begun, and both will remain on throughout the duration of the remote test. • You understand and agree that you cannot ask anyone in your household or outside of your household for assistance during the remote test. This includes asking for help via cellphone texts, emails, written communication, and/or other forms of communication (written, verbal, and/or digital) which would constitute a testing breach where your test results are invalid. • You understand and agree that children will not be allowed at any classes (remote or in-person) or during any of the testing periods. • By allowing your self to access and/or participate in remote testing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth above.
